Caretaker Holiday Replacements

Starting early 2027, we are looking for a caretaker for holiday replacements

Your Profile

• Basic craft training
• Independent and proactive working style and high social competence
• Driving license category B
• Resident in the greater Lucerne area
• Several years of experience in the field of caretaking or a similar activity is an advantage

Your Area of Responsibility

• Daily working time approx. 1.5 hours in the morning
• Daily rounds inside and outside at Meierhöflistrasse 18, gas station, Maienstrasse 6
• Maintenance of building technical systems including minor repairs and first-level support.
• Troubleshooting of technical systems during on-call duty.
