Radiology Technician Proximity Manager in the Radio-Oncology Service
The Radio-Oncology Service wishes to complete its team and is looking for a medical radiology technician proximity manager (first level) with an activity rate between 80% and 100%.
Context
The Lausanne University Hospital (CHUV) is one of the 5 Swiss university hospitals. Thanks to its collaboration with the Faculty of Biology and Medicine of the University of Lausanne and EPFL, CHUV plays a leading role in medical care, medical research, and education.
For more than 10 years, CHUV has initiated the development of Clinical Centers dedicated to oncology. Focused on the interdisciplinarity of medical skills and CHUV care professionals, these Centers, currently numbering nine, are organized around the management of a specific type of cancer. Two new Centers are also currently under development.
Mission
Within the framework of the missions entrusted to you:
- You participate in the clinical activity of the MRTs
- You guarantee the services and quality of care
- You participate in the management of flows and resources in the service's operational units
- You supervise and train the MRT team as well as the students
- You actively participate and contribute to the projects and the outreach of the service
To support this position, we are ready to offer training in management and/or team leadership.
Profile
- You hold a Bachelor of Science HES-SO in medical radiology technician
- You have 5 years of professional experience in radio-oncology
- You have proven organizational and supervisory skills
- You demonstrate listening skills, empathy, and have a sense of contact
- You have at least 2 years of management experience
- Rigor and precision are an integral part of your working style.
