Polymechanic 4-Axis Machining Center (m/f/d)

Your Contribution

• Processing of production orders on the 4-axis machining centers according to planning specifications
• Creation of CAM programs with the programming software SolidCAM
• Execution of self and first-piece inspections for quality assurance
• Continuous monitoring of target times and reporting of deviations
• Compliance with occupational safety and cleanliness standards in the work area
• Active participation in the continuous improvement process (e.g. optimization of documentation, implementation of lean management)

Your Skills and Talents

• Completed technical or mechanical basic training as well as several years of experience as a machine operator (machine operation, programming, setup)
• Understanding of automation systems, e.g. Makino MAS-A5 or Makino B2 is an advantage
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
• Confident handling of the MS Office suite, SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Experience in CAM programming (SolidCAM) as well as practical experience with CAD systems (SolidWorks) is an advantage
• Teamwork, creativity, flexibility as well as a pronounced cost awareness, high motivation, high willingness to learn and resilience
