Your tasks
- You lead an interdisciplinary team of eight competent specialists. Together you manage the education portfolio proactively, ecologically, and economically within the framework of strategic political guidelines
- For the education sector, you coordinate the infrastructural user needs, ensure the preservation of the stock, and represent the Real Estate Office in internal and external committees
- With your team, you develop real estate-specific strategies, accompany site and area planning as well as construction projects in the role of the owner’s representative
- You are involved in the Portfolio Management leadership team and contribute to the further development of the department
Your profile
- You bring leadership experience, ideally in the real estate sector and/or in the public-law context
- You have pronounced conceptual, analytical-structuring skills and convince with a diverse methodological repertoire
- You have a university degree in construction, planning, or real estate as well as broad professional experience and real estate economic knowledge
- You are attracted by complex tasks and issues and like to handle them cooperatively and proactively
- You impress with high communication and teamwork skills
