Your Tasks

Case management within the framework of personal and economic assistance according to the Social Assistance Act

Psychosocial counseling of our clients with the goal of professional and social integration

Recognizing problem situations and developing appropriate strategies

Record keeping in the case management system (KLIB) and case-related administration

Assertion of possible claims with social insurances and other third parties

Your Profile

University of Applied Sciences degree in Social Work, preferably supplemented by commercial training

Initial practical experience in statutory social assistance

Enjoyment of independent work within a team

Decisive and resilient personality who gladly takes responsibility and helps shape processes
