What to expect

• You are responsible for the further development of UKA Solutions, the successful software solution from HRM Systems, which is used by more than 200 customers.
• As a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer, you are involved from the idea to analysis, architecture, implementation, and operation.
• You work in a small, well-coordinated development team in close exchange with business analysts and testers from product management.
• With your experience, you advance technical concepts and thus enable the operation of stable and low-maintenance software.
• Occasionally, you support and advise the 2nd level support with tricky problems (at a deep technical level and without direct customer contact).
• Your focus is on the backend (Java 21, JEE 11), complemented by frontend development with Angular. You also work with IntelliJ, REST web services, SQL, Git, Maven, and Keycloak.

What you bring

• Completed technical studies (e.g., in computer science or electrical engineering) or equivalent professional experience
• At least 5 years of professional experience in software development
• You must have experience in Java backend development
• Ideally, you are also familiar with the following technologies: Angular, Spring, JEE, SQL, Keycloak, Maven, REST web services
• You are an open personality, a team player, work independently and proactively
• You are fluent in German
