The Central Swiss Government Conference (ZRK) is the platform for inter-cantonal cooperation between the Central Swiss cantons.
What you can achieve
- you are responsible for the preparation and follow-up of the plenary meetings and committee meetings of the ZRK,
- you convey information and contacts between the Central Swiss cantons as well as the Central Swiss specialist directors' conferences and independently manage the secretariat of some specialist directors' conferences,
- you lead and accompany cooperation projects and provide conceptual work for the further development of inter-cantonal cooperation in Central Switzerland and with the federal government,
- you monitor the politics of the federal government and cantons with regard to possible areas of cooperation, collect ideas for cooperation projects and support their development and elaboration,
- you support the Central Swiss Government Conference in terms of advocacy at the federal level,
- you manage the office of the inter-cantonal cultural burden equalization in the area of - supraregional cultural institutions.
- you represent the acting conference secretary in all matters.
What distinguishes you for this
- a university or university of applied sciences degree, preferably in law, economics or political science, or an equivalent education;
- professional experience and familiarity with political processes and administrative work at various government levels;
- experience in conceptual work, which also includes business management requirements;
- an independent, reliable, precise way of working as well as confident handling of digital work tools are as natural to you as meeting deadlines;
- affability and communication skills: you argue clearly and understandably, are fluent in written expression.
