Merchandise Management Collaborator (Men's Clothing) 30% (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team in the Men's Clothing department, we are looking from 01.09.2025, for an indefinite period, at the Biel/Bienne site, for a motivated and committed person as Merchandise Management Collaborator, 30%.

Your responsibilities
- You ensure the presentation of merchandise according to customer expectations in the mentioned sector.
- You are responsible for the efficient and successful management of all branch processes (stock and shelf management).
- You ensure that the store is tidy and attractive.
- You actively and independently replenish merchandise stocks on the sales floor.
- You actively support the sales floor staff.
- You ensure optimal collaboration with Visual Merchandising internally.

Your profile
- You already have extensive professional experience in an equivalent activity in the mentioned field.
- You have a precise, structured, and efficient working method.
- You enjoy working independently and manage stress very well under time pressure.
- You have a flexible and reliable working style as well as a very good sense of organization.
- You radiate positive energy and have a neat appearance.
- You speak fluent French and preferably know another national language.
