The main task is the administrative and organizational support of the MSc program team (program management, area managers, lecturers) in planning, coordination, organization, and control within the MSc program.

Specifically:

• Support in preparation, implementation, and evaluation of modules and courses, including management of the learning platform Moodle, as well as other program-relevant documents
• Organization and administration of assignments of internal and external lecturers
• Contact person for program management, area managers, module managers, and internal and external lecturers
• Various general administrative tasks (e.g., planning meetings, room reservations, correspondence, grade management, filing and archiving)
• Administration and coordination of projects in the MSc program and possibly in the Institute for Physiotherapy

For this role you bring:

• a commercial basic education
• several years of professional experience in a comparable environment. Ideally in an educational institution
• Enjoyment of IT systems and very good knowledge of common Office applications
• Good English skills (C1)
• High social competence and ability to communicate appropriately to target groups (internal and external)
• Structured, self-organized, and forward-looking working style with a high service orientation
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
