As a supervisor, you are the anchor point at our support front. You not only ensure smooth operations but are in the thick of things when it gets critical. You ensure that customer inquiries by phone and ticket are answered quickly and with the best quality, while always keeping key figures such as response times and service levels under control.
Supervisor Customer Support 80-100% (m/f/d)
What to expect from us:
- You organize the daily business, create schedules, maintain the hotlines, and take over the early and regular triage of new tickets.
- You actively participate in daily business and help out yourself on the phone and in the ticket system during high volume.
- You don’t hide behind numbers but lead by example and show the team through your daily actions what excellent support means.
- You analyze daily key figures, initiate measures, and optimize processes in consultation with the team management to increase customer satisfaction and efficiency.
- You act as an important contributor for the product and development team and translate customer insights into concrete ideas for further development of our product.
What we expect from you:
- You have completed vocational training or education, preferably in business administration, retail, or contact center environment.
- You bring several years of professional experience, at least 2–3 years in customer care or support at a company with a large customer base.
- You are known for your pronounced organizational talent, efficiently planning resources and quickly setting the right priorities even with many waiting calls.
- You are an absolute practitioner, keep a cool head in stressful situations, and manage inquiries efficiently and with high quality.
- You easily keep an overview, have drive, and an authentic personality that gladly takes responsibility on the front line.
- You are strong in communication, proactively seek conversation in case of problems, and build sustainable relationships with customers and employees.
- You present ideas concisely, master written communication confidently, and have very good German and good English skills (French is a plus).
