Your Tasks
- Ensuring expert care of our patients and all relevant documentation as well as delegation and control of tasks according to the experience of individual employees
- Planning, organizing, and implementing workflows in compliance with operational guidelines in cooperation with the respective ward managers
- Delegation of implementation and responsibility for compliance with hygiene, accident prevention, and fire regulations to the respective ward managers
- Delegation of implementation and compliance with work-time appropriate duty and vacation schedules to the respective ward managers
- Delegation of onboarding and guidance of new employees to the respective ward managers
- Implementation of training concepts and organization and execution of practical training in the unit
- Support of the nursing management in all work areas
- Promotion of good collaboration in the interprofessional team
- Creating a supportive working climate
- Participation in on-call duties
Your Profile
- Completed training as a nursing specialist
- Several years of professional experience
- Completed further training to lead a ward
- Willingness to participate in further training
- Confident and friendly demeanor
- Commitment, flexibility, and resilience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High ability to grasp and teamwork
