For our client in Zurich (Horgen), we are looking for a Health Specialist EFZ 100%
Tasks
- Accompanying and caring for residents with psychiatric illnesses in everyday life
- Co-designing and implementing individual care processes
- Professional handling of challenging behavior and de-escalating communication
- Carrying out nursing and medical measures
- Early detection of psychological and somatic changes
- Active participation in the design of daily structure and therapeutic concepts
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with nursing professionals and doctors
- Proper documentation (easyDOK, BESA)
Requirements Profile
- Training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Experience in the psychiatric field
- Resilience, independence, and confident action
- High social and communication skills
- Empathetic, respectful interaction with residents
- Experience with easyDOK and BESA is an advantage
