Your tasks
- Assemble aircraft engines (Pratt & Whitney 4000 & CFM56)
- Complete technical and administrative tasks according to regulations
- Deliver assigned work on time and to high quality standards
- Apply Lean methods and support continuous process improvement
- Work with a focus on quality, safety, and environmental responsibility
- Act with independence, efficiency, and cost-awareness
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training, ideally as polymechanic, automotive or agricultural machinery mechanic
- Independent, precise, and responsible working style
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Physically fit, resilient, and flexible
- High sense of responsibility and self-motivation
- Good English and German skills
- Work in a 2-shift system
