About the job
Your Tasks
- You are responsible for leading the staff and organizing the outpatient clinic in close collaboration with the medical director, as well as implementing an efficient, effective, and appropriate process in the outpatient clinic according to the service mandate and defined objectives.
- Promoting and supporting the development of employees is as natural to you as constructive, interdisciplinary, and interprofessional collaboration.
- In addition to leadership tasks, you actively participate in the daily program and take part in on-call duty.
- The position includes regular working hours from Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:24 p.m. You perform on-call duty 3 to 4 times per month.
Your Profile
- You are a certified nurse with at least 2 years of professional experience; endoscopy experience is an advantage.
- You have leadership training or are willing to complete such training.
- Additionally, you possess high social and self-competence as well as good organizational skills.
- Your structured thinking and actions characterize you as well as your willingness to change.
- You are looking for the challenge to lead your team into the future together with the team leadership and actively shape it.
