About the job
The Villa YoYo St.Gallen Foundation operates several locations offering free leisure activities for children of primary school age. It complements the existing range of services provided by kindergartens and schools and enriches the lives of children at home and in their social environment.All children of primary school age are invited to take advantage of the open offer at Villa YoYo, regardless of developmental status, gender, religious affiliation, or nationality. Regular activities specifically address children in the immediate vicinity of Villa YoYo (neighborhood).
To complement our team at the Linsebühl location, we are looking for a Childcare Specialist 20% (m/f/d) starting August 1, 2026.
Your tasks
• You will work on Wednesday and Thursday afternoons at the Linsebühl children's meeting place and partly at special events (e.g., holiday projects, YoYo trips)
• You will care for a lively group of children from the surrounding neighborhood together with the site manager

• Training as a Childcare Specialist or equivalent qualification
• Ability to work in a team and high resilience
