For our MTWIC business unit, we are looking for a committed and motivated personality as Team Leader Production Software & Support 100% at our location in Nänikon-Greifensee. The position is responsible for leading and developing a team of 8 employees from software development and IT support. The focus is on the development and support of production software, which plays a central role in our state-of-the-art manufacturing processes. Close cooperation with research & development, production, and other departments enables the creation of innovative solutions that make production processes more efficient, flexible, and future-proof. In addition, the focus is on designing and optimizing the interfaces between hardware, process control systems, and software architectures, with the aim of ensuring the highest quality and innovative strength. Your tasks: Overall responsibility for production software and IT infrastructure of the business unit Support the team in using software development tools, developing scalable software architectures, and accompanying technical decisions Represent the interests of production and manufacturing engineering in change control boards Development and continuous further development of the production software platform (.NET / C#) Integration of new weighing products into production and test software as part of product launches Ensuring efficient 2nd-level support for software and connectivity Maintenance and servicing of production databases and servers Coordination of IT procurement for production in cooperation with the global IT department Further development and introduction of best practice methods (Agile Development, CI/CD, Automated HW Testing, etc.)
