Technical Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer

As a Technical Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer, you will become the central hub between customers, subject matter experts, and our engineering team.

Your tasks

• You analyze our existing, technically sophisticated software solution and understand it on both a professional and technical level
• You conduct workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into clear and structured specifications (e.g., user stories)
• You coordinate requirements closely with business units and development teams and accompany their implementation 
• You collaborate in the design of UI solutions and define business rules for new or extended functions
• You define test cases, perform acceptance tests, and oversee quality assurance from A to Z
• You work closely with our technical specialists during the conception, realization, and implementation phases of the solution

Your profile

• Successfully completed bachelor's or master's degree in medical informatics, business informatics, or another IT-oriented course of study
• Initial experience in business analysis, requirements engineering, or process analysis
• Understanding of software architectures or interfaces is an advantage
• Familiar with agile methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
• You think entrepreneurially and are motivated to accompany IT solutions from idea to successful implementation
• You have very good German and English skills
