Your tasks

• Telephone support and general correspondence
• Support of interested parties as well as administrative contact with students and parents
• Organization and coordination of appointments and meetings
• File management and maintenance of our databases
• Reception and support of guests
• Co-organization and accompaniment of school events and meetings
• Creation of exam and appointment schedules
• Administrative and organizational support of the school management

Your profile

• Commercial basic education (EFZ), ideally with vocational baccalaureate
• Several years of professional experience, preferably in the education or service environment and/or in the front office
• High team spirit, service orientation, and communication skills
• Very good German spoken and written, English skills an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office applications
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style with overview – even in hectic phases
