Are you an open and proactive personality and is construction and project management your thing? Are you interested in the development and elaboration of projects and want to further develop yourself?
Here is what you will do
- Independent planning and technical implementation of diverse new construction and renovation projects
- Acquisition including cost and contract negotiations
- Client consulting, negotiations with customers, craftsmen, and authorities
- Construction management including schedule, cost, and quality control
These are your skills and strengths
- Training as a draftsman or draftsman EFZ (architecture), preferably with additional practical training in shell construction (mason, carpenter, etc.)
- Further training as a construction manager or technician in building construction HF
- ABACUS knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory
- A cooperative and communicative demeanor towards our customers, partners, and authorities
- Fingertip feeling in dealing with craftsmen involved in construction
