About the job
In order to strengthen our care team at the Pré du Chêne Residence in Venthône, we are looking for, immediately or by agreement,
Nurse between 50% and 60%
Your main tasks:
• you supervise and assist residents in daily living activities
• you ensure the proper integration of new residents into the Institution
• you collaborate in the development and implementation of support projects for residents and their families
• you create a warm and supportive environment for the well-being of residents
• you provide delegated medical care within the limits of your competencies
• you supervise new colleagues, apprentices, and interns
• you contribute to the smooth operation of the service and the cohesion of the team
Your profile:
• you have a degree in nursing (HES or ES) or a qualification deemed equivalent
• you have confirmed experience in a nursing home or a similar structure
• you have a clear interest in elderly care
• you possess a great capacity for adaptation and are able to work within a multidisciplinary team
• you are service-oriented and have a good sense of human relations
• you have a good command of French (spoken and written) and common IT tools
