The first cinema in Zurich shone in elegant Art Nouveau style and was a place to see and be seen. Today, at exactly this location, our Ruby Mimi with its 208 rooms revives the glorious past of the silent film era and recalls the beginnings of Hollywood, with glamour, stars, and a bit of Hollywood magic. Just a stone's throw from the Limmat and opposite Zurich main station, its location is the ideal starting point for explorations through the picturesque old town.
We are a rapidly growing hospitality group with existing hotels and workspaces in the most exciting locations in Europe and many more projects under construction. We are taking new paths with our Lean Luxury philosophy and thus creating a contemporary and affordable form of luxury.

* Take care of small repairs, touch-ups, and maintenance work - from dripping faucets to wobbly chairs
* Keep an eye on our technical systems and ensure that everything runs reliably
* Coordinate external service providers and hold the reins when it comes to facility management
* Pitch in yourself with painting and silicone work
* Work hand in hand with our Corporate Office in Munich and coordinate closely with the housekeeping team
* Monitor regular maintenance and safety checks - of course in close coordination with our Maintenance Manager
* Order what you need for your work - material procurement is done by you in consultation with the Hotel Manager
We have been waiting for you because you:
* Are a true all-rounder who convinces with craftsmanship and technical understanding. A completed training in the field of HVAC or electrical is desirable, but your practical experience and versatile skills count more for us
* Have already gained several years of professional experience in a similar role
* Know how to efficiently manage external service providers and keep an overview
* Are really skilled with your hands. Whether painting, electrical, or sanitary work, you pitch in everywhere, find solutions, think ahead, and get things running
* Convince with a confident appearance, good mood, and humor, because fun simply belongs to work with us
* Also step in on weekends or evenings because flexibility is not a foreign word to you
* Speak fluent German; English skills are desirable to ensure smooth communication within the team and with international guests
