About the job
Your Area of Responsibility
- Technical and administrative personnel management for a team of about 20 people
- Main responsibility for all technology and
safety of the fmi AG hospitals, locations Interlaken, Meiringen, Wilderswil and Spiez; Shared responsibility for all technology and safety of the fmi AG hospitals, location Frutigen; - Active participation in all tasks and projects related to technology and safety; further development of the entire area together with the
co-management of the Frutigen location - Responsibility for subprojects in new constructions,
renovations and refurbishments of buildings and facilities - Networking with engineers, architects, authorities, companies and other external partners
- Advising management on questions regarding new/renovations, maintenance work, refurbishment work, replacement and new acquisitions of furniture/facilities/equipment, etc.
- Member of the crisis team disaster organization
- Responsibility for budget, investments and compliance with legal requirements (energy saving measures, fire protection, accident prevention, etc.)
- Attention to the proper operation of all equipment at the workplace and co-responsible for the procurement of equipment and reporting of repairs, maintenance and servicing of the equipment
- Management of parking spaces at our locations
- Management of office furniture at the locations
Interlaken and Meiringen - Setting and monitoring area-specific goals, budgets and investments taking into account business management requirements
- Maintaining cooperation with other departments of the fmi AG hospitals as well as external partners to ensure interdisciplinary processes and customer satisfaction
Your Competencies
- Basic vocational training
- Further education at HF level
- Several years of professional experience
- Leadership experience
- Knowledge in building and medical technology
