We are looking for a motivated Junior Key Account Manager to join our Partner Solutions team, who is eager to learn, grow, and take responsibility

.WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Key account manager and main contact for large national and international investment and private banks
• Prepare and join C-level discussions with partners
• Identify new business opportunities and drive business growth for investment solutions
• Develop and execute strategic cross-functional projects to deliver solutions tailored to partners' needs
• Own and drive the integration strategy; design and implement a long-term operating model and achieve the required scalability and flexibility across existing and new partners
• Develop relationships with key business decision makers
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to execute key business initiatives
• Support acquisition efforts with prospects

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Broad understanding of the value chain of Structured Product manufacturing
• Relationship management and project work experience a plus
• Degree in Economics or Finance
• Fluency in English, German a strong plus
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to simplify and present complex ideas
• Analytical, logical and commercial mind-set with a strong drive to provide outstanding service
• Resilient self-starter, autonomous and pro-active team-member

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience in a Front Office function within Structured Products business is considered a plus
• Ability to design solutions after gathering business requirements
• Persistence, ability to maintain continuity on project's momentum
• A desire to learn and innovate
