You manage the organization of the Banquet kitchen work
You supervise the production of the Banquets department
You establish quality and quantity control of delivered goods
You manage the cleanliness of production and storage areas
You supervise the preparation of team schedules
You establish training, monitoring, and evaluation of apprentices and Banquet brigade members
You manage the development and continuous improvement of your sector
You supervise the pace and quality of dish execution
