From June 1st or by arrangement, we are looking for you as an employee for Theater Box Office & Administration 60 - 100%.
This position includes the following activities:
- Responsibility for telephone, mail, and inbox management
- General internal administration
- Telephone advance sales: advice, reservation, and sale of theater tickets (Wed – Fri from 5 – 6:30 pm)
- Theater box office on 3 evenings per week (Wed – Fri 6:30 – 8 pm)
- Planning the assignments of our substitutes at the theater box office
In this role, you are the first contact person for our audience, whether by phone, email, or in person at the theater box office. We are looking for a communicative, open team player who is flexible and for whom evening shifts and occasional weekend shifts are not a problem. Your working hours are fixed from Wednesday to Friday (approx. 11 am – 8:30 pm) and, depending on the workload, additionally Monday and Tuesday during regular office hours. In your role, you report to the Head of Marketing & Communication.
You bring the following:
- Work experience in the administrative / commercial field
- High commitment, also available outside office hours
- Willingness for occasional weekend shifts
- Precise working style & hands-on mentality
- Confident German language skills, spoken and written
- Office skills
- Knowledge of the Inhouse ticketing system
