Your Tasks
Are you looking for an exciting and varied challenge where you can combine clinical work and project work? Do you want to actively contribute to shaping the medical care of Domicil and Concara while driving the organization and implementation of projects forward? Then you are exactly right with us!
As a project manager, you play a central role in expanding our medical service "MedCara." You support the project management in planning and coordination and actively work on optimizing internal processes. You are involved in completing the operational concept and implementing new processes. You ensure smooth communication between all involved partners, organize and follow up on meetings, and make sure that tasks and decisions are implemented efficiently and on time.
At the same time, in your role as a Nurse Practitioner, you jointly care for the residents at your assigned locations together with the home doctor team and ensure that their individual needs are always the focus. Your expertise significantly contributes to ensuring first-class, personalized medical care for the residents.
Your Profile
- Initial experience in project management or interest in further developing in this area
- Completed or ongoing studies in nursing sciences (MScN), ideally with a specialization as a Nurse Practitioner
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills
- Structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style
- Good IT skills, especially in handling Office programs and relevant planning tools
- Team spirit, flexibility, and a high willingness to take responsibility
