- Taking over daily responsibility in the department
- Planning, preparation, and accompaniment of medical rounds
- Organization and design of daily nursing care considering the individual needs of people with dementia
- Consultation and support of assistant staff, trainees, and students
- Collaboration with internal and external agencies
Your Profile
- Completed training as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH
- Further training in Palliative Care is an advantage
- High self- and social competence
- Experience in long-term care is an advantage
- Experience with medical technology is an advantage
- Experience with electronic nursing documentation KISIM is an advantage
- Experience with nursing needs assessment RAI-NH is an advantage
- Enjoy working with care-dependent seniors
- Appreciative and respectful attitude towards people with dementia and their relatives
- Motivation and team spirit

- Good oral and written German skills
