Your Tasks

Taking over daily responsibility in the department
Planning, preparation, and accompaniment of medical rounds
Organization and design of daily nursing care considering the individual needs of people with dementia
Consultation and support of assistant staff, trainees, and students
Collaboration with internal and external agencies

Your Profile

Completed training as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH
Further training in Palliative Care is an advantage
High self- and social competence
Experience in long-term care is an advantage
Experience with medical technology is an advantage
Experience with electronic nursing documentation KISIM is an advantage
Experience with nursing needs assessment RAI-NH is an advantage
Enjoy working with care-dependent seniors
Appreciative and respectful attitude towards people with dementia and their relatives
Motivation and team spirit
Empathy
Resilience
Good oral and written German skills
