Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Design, plan, and implement secondary technology in utility company facilities (substations, power plants)
- CAE/CAD engineering including schematic creation, designs, and specifications
- Parameterize protection and control technology (e.g., Siemens Siprotec 4/5, ABB/Hitachi RE)
- Manage quality, deadlines, and costs in (partial) projects; support FAT/SAT
- Further develop processes and standards, ensure documentation
- Knowledge transfer and occasional supervision of apprentices in projects
Profile & Requirements:
- Education as an electrical engineer (FH/TS) or equivalent, with several years of experience in secondary system engineering for utility company facilities
- Solid know-how in substations/power plants as well as protection, control, and auxiliary power technology
- Proficient in CAE/CAD (ideally EPLAN, Engineering Base) and in plant identification systems according to IEC81346
- Experience in parameterizing protection/control devices (e.g., Siprotec 4/5, ABB/Hitachi RE)
- Experience in project management of substation projects
- Independent working style, constructive communication and negotiation skills, and strong problem-solving competence
- Good German and English skills, both spoken and written; confident handling of relevant IT systems and Office products; basic SAP knowledge
- Team-oriented, reliable, independent; strong communication and negotiation skills
