Specialist Settlement (80 - 100%)

Olten |up to 40% working from home possible | Reference 7823

The Settlement Special Services team ensures central services in the securities settlement area and has broad, deeply anchored professional know-how in complex settlement processes. In the Realignment & Conversion area, we are responsible for monitoring and targeted shifting of securities positions as well as the careful processing of conversion orders.

We work hybrid: up to 40 % home office is possible, for office days our locations in Olten and Zurich are open to you. For personal exchange, we meet once a week for a joint team day in Olten – for collaboration, dialogue, and fresh impulses.

These are your tasks

responsibility for the efficient and risk-minimized processing of realignments and PTFs in over 50 markets
independent processing of conversions
coordination and communication with internal and external interfaces, including network management, custodians in various countries, ICSDs, CSDs, client relationship managers, corporate actions, securities master data, and reconciliation
continuous optimization of settlement processes as well as maintenance and further development of process documentation

What you bring with you

completed commercial basic training; banking apprenticeship is an advantage
comprehensive expertise in securities, with practical application in daily business
several years of experience in the settlement area desirable
analytical thinking and quick comprehension, combined with high reliability and pronounced sense of responsibility
team-oriented personality with initiative and clear communication skills
very good language skills in German and English, both spoken and written
