These are your main tasks:
- Resource-oriented care and support of residents
- Ensuring optimal care and support, especially in critical and complex care situations
- Guaranteeing and further developing professional care and support
- Main responsibility as a specialist during the night
- Handover report to the day shift specialist
How you can convince us:
- A completed training as an HF nursing specialist or health specialist EFZ
- Professional experience in long-term care
- You are resilient, humorous, and work independently as well as in a team
- An open, proactive personality with pronounced social skills
- You communicate confidently in German, both spoken and written
