Customer Service Team Leader
Responsibilities
In this central role, you lead our customer service and export team both professionally and personally and ensure efficient order processing. You coordinate all processes with your team and work closely with internal interfaces, serving as the contact person for customers, freight forwarders, and authorities. Additionally, you are responsible for maintaining customer portals, monitoring forecasts, and framework agreements. As the process owner, you ensure the sustainable implementation and further development of our standards.
Requirements
You have a commercial or technical basic education, supplemented by further training in business administration or a similar field. Several years of professional experience in order processing, knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, and initial leadership responsibilities are required. You work in a structured manner, act solution-oriented, communicate clearly, and keep an overview even in hectic situations. Very good German and English skills complete your profile.
