For our location in Regensdorf, we are looking for immediate or agreed upon reinforcement in operational maintenance. In this role, you ensure that our technical facilities not only function but retain their value in the long term and are always one step ahead.

• Perform maintenance, servicing, and repair work on machines, systems, and technical equipment
• Diagnose faults and independently resolve malfunctions, whether mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic
• Implement preventive maintenance measures according to maintenance plans
• Document your work accurately in our maintenance and servicing systems
• Participate in modifications, optimizations, and new installations of systems
• Ensure that safety, quality, and environmental regulations are always complied with
• Work closely with production and external service providers
• Support spare parts management and material ordering

• A completed apprenticeship as Specialist in Operational Maintenance EFZ, Maintenance Specialist EFZ, Building Technology Planner EFZ, or similar
• Professional experience in maintenance/upkeep as well as know-how in HVAC; ideally electrical/control technology
• Routine in reading technical drawings and circuit diagrams
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and common maintenance software
• An independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• A sense of responsibility and safety awareness that you live by daily
• Team spirit, clear communication, and the ability to stay calm even in hectic moments 
• Resilience and flexibility
• Willingness for continuous further training
• Sprinkler maintenance course is a plus
