- Assist customers with inquiries about MGBahn and Gornergrat Bahn.
- Support online booking questions and ensure excellent post-travel service.
- Act as a contact point for partner inquiries, directing them appropriately.
Skills
- Completed training in retail, business, or customer service, ideally in public transport.
- Strong communication skills in German; knowledge of French, Italian, and English is a plus.
- Team-oriented, self-responsible, and flexible for weekend shifts.

- You advise and support our customers by phone and in writing regarding the offers of MGBahn and Gornergrat Bahn and competently answer all questions before, during, and after the trip
- You also assist our customers with questions about booking online offers and ensure the Après Vente service after the trip
- As the first point of contact, you forward inquiries from our partners to the responsible departments
Your Profile
- You enjoy daily customer contact and are a service-oriented and communicative personality
- You like working in a small team and take on personal responsibility.
- You have completed basic training in retail, commercial area, customer dialogue, or a similar field and preferably know the public transport sector
- You have business fluent German skills and can also communicate in French, Italian, and English
- You are flexible and also like to work on weekends
