Job Description
- Team leadership (creating work schedules, conducting employee interviews, etc.)
- Practice organization and administration using the medical billing software CB10
- Consultation assistance including assistance with minor surgical procedures
- Fully digital X-ray
- Laboratory, ECG, spirometry, 24h blood pressure, infusions, etc.
- Medication management
Qualifications
- Completed apprenticeship as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ or Practice Coordinator FA
- Leadership experience is an advantage
- Organizational strength, pronounced customer orientation, and high quality awareness
- Flexibility and resilience
- Good PC skills and enjoyment of administrative tasks
- Further training in dose-intensive X-ray desired
