Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d) 80-100%

What to expect from us:

• You are responsible for the independent conception, implementation, and optimization of the paid search channels (Google Ads & Microsoft Ads) as well as budget and target responsibility, including the management of AI-driven campaigns (e.g., PMAX).
• You support the operational control in paid social channels (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
• In addition, you are involved in the conception, implementation, and optimization of multilingual (DE/FR/EN) campaigns and landing pages with a focus on conversion rate optimization and A/B testing.
• Management of the entire creative process – from the initial idea generation through the creation of detailed briefings to the successful completion of the campaign is your thing.
• You continuously monitor current marketing and AI trends and implement innovative approaches within your area of responsibility.
• You enjoy close collaboration and exchange with internal stakeholders (e.g., content, social media, and product marketing teams) and external specialists for holistic marketing strategies.

What we expect from you:

• You have a university degree with a focus on marketing (e.g., e-commerce, digital marketing) or a comparable education.
• You have practical experience in planning, implementing, and optimizing search, display, and paid social campaigns.
• You have a strong sense for performance-oriented assets and love the analytical work as well as data-driven decisions.
• You bring a high degree of self-responsibility and willingness to learn, want to develop personally and professionally, and have the motivation to actively drive topics forward.
• You are a committed team player, have courage for new ideas and actively interest yourself in new technologies.
• You communicate very well in German and English (French skills are an advantage).
