As a Minibar Attendant, you will play a key role within the In Room Dining department, ensuring that each room is perfectly stocked to offer our guests a privileged moment of relaxation.

Summary of responsibilities:
Reporting to the In Room Dining Supervisor, the essential responsibilities and functions of the position include, but are not limited to:
- Consistently provide professional, friendly, and engaging service
- Know the department concept (In Room Dining, amenities, minibar, and Pureaty Café)
- Participate in Minibar operations: check the cleanliness of each room's minibars, ensure no guest belongings are left behind, check expiration dates of perishable products, restock missing products, and charge consumed products via the telephone system
- Participate in VIP operations: know the different categories of amenities, codes, and corresponding setups, distribute amenities in rooms ensuring correct placement
- Provide discreet and efficient Minibar and VIP service, prioritizing guests' privacy and rest
- Be responsible for the proper execution of setups and preparation of your area in collaboration with your superior
- Ensure daily cleanliness and tidiness of Minibar and VIP carts as well as their respective offices
- Serve orders to guests in their rooms discreetly while providing perfect service
- Be responsible for guest satisfaction and well-being
- Ensure guests lack nothing
- Participate in smooth service flow and inform the server of received information
- Participate effectively in assigned cleaning tasks
- Learn LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) technical and emotional standards and apply them
- Perfect technical and theoretical knowledge to ensure flawless service for demanding clientele
- Clear tables on floors at the end of the day
- Communicate any potential problems to your superior
- Inform guests as needed and do what is necessary to find information for them
- Be flexible and cooperative in all circumstances, especially if required to work temporarily in another department
- Participate in an annual performance review with your superior
- Commit to the quality of your service, discretion, and perfect honesty
- Maintain a professional attitude, be smiling, and remain calm at all times
- Respect ergonomic work standards, health & safety rules, hygiene, and sanitary prescriptions
- Respect department and company policies, procedures, and service standards
- Perform any other assigned tasks
- Recognized service diploma with practical experience is an asset
- Good verbal knowledge of French
- Knowledge of English
- Knowledge of a third language is an asset
- Basic knowledge in F&B
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good presentation, neat and conscientious
- Ability to work alone and in a team
- Flexibility in working hours

VISA REQUIREMENTS
To work in Switzerland, the candidate must possess a Swiss work permit or be from an EU-17 or EU-8 European country.
