Skills
- Hold a diploma in health and nursing, ideally with further education in cultural competence.
- 3+ years of experience in acute hospital settings, fluent in German.
- Strong motivation, independence, and entrepreneurial mindset.

These are your tasks
- You continue the transcultural and culturally sensitive competence at KSGR and are responsible for the content of the concept, which you continuously update and apply practically
- You lead interdisciplinary internal training sessions as well as in-house information and manage the internal group of ad-hoc interpreters while supporting language examinations
- You create statistics on the used interpreting services for quality control and are the contact point for migration- and culture-sensitive medicine at KSGR
What you bring with you
- You have a diploma HF or FH in health and nursing, ideally with further training such as BSc Nursing and/or MAS, as well as at least one training in transcultural competence
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience in an acute hospital and have excellent expression in German, good English skills, and knowledge of at least one other language (Romansh or Italian is an advantage)
- You bring high motivation, independence, and commitment and are characterized by entrepreneurial thinking, acting, and a high sense of responsibility
