Your Tasks
- Counseling patients and relatives in crisis situations, about medical and/or professional rehabilitation, financial matters, etc.
- Assistance and counseling for patients in difficult life situations, regarding home matters or financial aid
- Communication with relatives, caregivers, cost carriers, medical supply providers as well as government agencies
- Collaboration in the interdisciplinary team
Your Profile
- State-recognized degree of diploma or bachelor studies or comparable qualification in a basic medical education (health and nursing care)
- Social competence, communication skills and stress resistance, enthusiasm for innovation and flexibility
- Good knowledge of social legislation
