In this role, you are responsible for conducting and further developing evaluations in teaching as well as continuing education. You write reports and documentation, collect, interpret, and visualize data, and prepare it appropriately for the target audience. Your other tasks include participating in process workshops and visualizations within the framework of process management in close collaboration with the department management. Furthermore, you contribute to projects for quality assurance and development and support accreditations as well as the creation and maintenance of regulations, guidelines, strategic foundations, and other QM documents. In addition, you support the department management in internal and external communication in the area of university development and quality management. Participation in relevant events and working groups is also part of your responsibilities.

Your profile
- University degree (BSc or B.A. or MSc or M.A.)
- Knowledge and experience in project management
- Confident handling of quantitative data analysis methods (R/SPSS) and basic knowledge of qualitative analysis methods
- Very good Excel skills (including PowerPivot), ideally also experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) and with the evaluation software EvaSys
- Good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Ability to convey complex issues understandably
- Cooperative and service-oriented personality with an analytical and structured way of working
