What to expect
- You coordinate the daily business and ensure timely processing – your goal: smooth daily operations and adherence to our promise "ordered today, delivered tomorrow"
- You actively participate in operational business (approx. 80%)
- You plan and schedule around 80 employees in the packaging area in close cooperation with the team lead and another deputy team lead
- You support the team lead in professional and situational disciplinary leadership together with another deputy
- You ensure quality, order, and occupational safety in the operation
- You accompany new employees during onboarding
- You ensure a functioning flow of information within the team and to the interfaces
What you bring
- You have completed vocational training (EFZ), ideally in logistics. You also have experience in a production or logistics environment
- You bring initial leadership experience (advantageous)
- You have very good German skills (at least B2) and basic knowledge of MS Office
- You communicate clearly, take responsibility, and are organized
- You are flexible, assertive, and resilient
- You can provide a clean criminal record
- You are willing to work shifts between 05:00 and 23:00 and have the necessary mobility
