About the job

• You coordinate the daily business and ensure timely processing – your goal: smooth daily operations and adherence to our promise "ordered today, delivered tomorrow"
• You actively participate in operational business (approx. 80%)
• You plan and schedule around 80 employees in the packaging area in close cooperation with the team lead and another deputy team lead
• You support the team lead in professional and situational disciplinary leadership together with another deputy
• You ensure quality, order, and occupational safety in the operation
• You accompany new employees during onboarding
• You ensure a functioning flow of information within the team and to the interfaces

• You have completed vocational training (EFZ), ideally in logistics. You also have experience in a production or logistics environment
• You bring initial leadership experience (advantageous)
• You have very good German skills (at least B2) and basic knowledge of MS Office
• You communicate clearly, take responsibility, and are organized
• You are flexible, assertive, and resilient
• You can provide a clean criminal record
• You are willing to work shifts between 05:00 and 23:00 and have the necessary mobility
