For our team at the Ursenbach location in the Swiss Midlands, we are looking to fill the position immediately or by arrangement:
Machine Operator 100% (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Preparation and operation of CNC machines (drilling, grinding, milling)
- Fine adjustment and control of settings
- Tool changes according to production requirements
- Provision of raw materials or components
- Precise inspection of parts with measuring tools
- Documentation of faultless and faulty units
- Maintaining detailed work logs
- Continuous machine monitoring and adjustments
- Quality control of final products
- Acquisition of knowledge in 2–3 production areas
- Weekly maintenance and cleaning of the assigned production equipment
- Working in a 3-shift operation
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training EFZ, ideally as a polymechanic, machine operator, or several years of experience as a machine or CNC operator
- Experience in glass processing is an advantage
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- High motivation for operational machine work
- Team-oriented, precise, and reliable working style
- Willingness for internal and external further training
