Employee Sales Management Systems / Logistics Solutions (m/f) 100%

Your tasks

• Actively promote management systems with customers including process optimization, efficient storage solutions, digital ordering processes, equipment management, mobile app, e-shop, and first contact for ERP/EDI integrations
• You further develop our customers in the digital area and cover their needs with our user-friendly tools
• If necessary, you assist in the warehouse when setting up new solutions
• You support prospects and customers in coordination with our field service
• Your tasks are complemented by user training for internal and external stakeholders in the area of e-commerce
• You ensure fast and reliable support for our digital solutions at all times

Your qualities

• Commercial training with a technical focus and proven sales experience
• You work in a structured, resilient, independent, and always goal-oriented manner
• As a competent contact person, you recognize specific needs and requirements
• Thanks to high social competence, you communicate solution-oriented and profitably
• Good user knowledge of MS Office and SAP
• Interest in new technologies, especially digital solutions
