Candidate will drive design platform process improvements, maintain burnup dashboards, and track agreed programming KPIs. This role requires strong leadership, coordination with R&D, and support for users on technical questions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure backlog execution according to priorities.
- Drive continuous improvements in the design platform process.
- Maintain burnup dashboards and monitor programming KPIs.
- Provide effort estimations during the prioritization process.
- Coordinate with R&D to ensure clear understanding of Technical Specifications (TS).
- Address users' tickets and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support users on technical questions and provide guidance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in mechanical design and development.
- Strong understanding of technical specification development and R&D workflows.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and drive timely execution.
