Your Tasks
You are responsible for the professional and personnel management of the housekeeping department in the Steigerhubel and Ahornweg houses. In doing so, you ensure a well-maintained and appealing appearance of all rooms as well as the flawless operational process of cleaning and laundry supply. You support your team in daily business and assist with the organization of the goods cycle (procurement to disposal). You help to comply with financial requirements and quality standards. You ensure that economic and ecological requirements, occupational safety, and hygiene standards are met. Managing the cash registers including programming according to operational guidelines and carrying out an age-appropriate, professionally competent food and beverage service are also part of your tasks. Furthermore, you plan and organize banquets and events and carry them out.
Your Profile
- Qualification as a Housekeeping Specialist EFZ
- Advanced training in the field of hospitality/housekeeping and training as a vocational trainer is an advantage
- Relevant professional and leadership experience is required
- Efficient and careful working style as well as the ability to set priorities
- Teamwork skills, good German language skills, and a neat appearance
- Understanding and empathy for elderly people as well as high customer orientation
