What makes your work particularly attractive

You organize and accompany data collection or carry it out independently. In doing so, you are in direct contact with patients, conduct interviews, and record relevant information. You prepare the collected data in a structured manner and make it available internally to optimize processes. In addition, you take on tasks in data organization, entry, and processing, support analysis, and document your results in reports for the clients.

What distinguishes you

You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Psychology or Social Sciences. As a committed Quality Management employee, you take on responsible tasks, are curious, and enjoy working independently. You appreciate contact with patients as well as colleagues and quickly familiarize yourself with organizational processes. Constructive and interprofessional collaboration is a matter of course for you. In addition to your strong IT affinity, you bring knowledge of statistics (e.g., R or SPSS).
