About the job
The Addiction Support Region Basel is one of the largest private providers in the Basel area. Our services include prevention, counseling, addiction treatment, and harm reduction in addiction support. At the ESTA - Clinic for Addiction Treatment in Reinach, individuals addicted to substances are treated as inpatients. The treatment offerings include drug withdrawal, stabilization and reorientation, as well as drug therapy and alcohol detoxification. To complement our team, we are looking for a hospital doctor 50-100% immediately or by arrangement. Job sharing offers are very welcome. Main areas of responsibility- Planning, implementation, and documentation of the medical care of patients in the withdrawal and therapy departments
- Conducting and documenting admission and discharge examinations
- Independent ward management under psychiatric and internal medicine supervision
- Preparing medical reports, certificates, prescriptions, etc.
- Experience as a general practitioner
- Existing professional practice license as a doctor in Switzerland
- Interest in deepening knowledge in addiction medicine
- High social competence
- Good to very good knowledge of the German language, spoken and written
- A responsible position in a collegial, interdisciplinary working atmosphere
- A varied field of activity, close to the patient
- Supervision by very experienced psychiatric and internal medicine specialists
- No night and weekend shifts, participation in duty planning
- A 42-hour week at 100%
- 5 weeks of vacation
- An additional maintenance allowance if entitled to child benefits
