Your area of responsibility
Leadership and further development of the customer service team of 5 employees
Ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction
Optimization of processes and interfaces to sales, production, and logistics
Implementation of new customers together with sales and key account management
Processing, coordination, and clarification of escalations and complex customer concerns including negotiation of contract extensions or adjustments
Monitoring and reporting of relevant KPIs
Participation in projects for digitalization and automation in customer service
Involvement in the integration of the location into the Elis structures
Member of the location management team
Close cooperation with the site management and other departments
Your profile
Completed commercial training or studies with a focus on communication, business administration, or similar
Several years of leadership experience in customer service or a comparable function, e.g., in sales / distribution
Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
Structured and solution-oriented working style
Experience with CRM systems and digital tools
Very good German skills, French skills are an advantage
