Industrial and Building Electrician with OIBT 13

We are looking for an Industrial and Building Electrician with OIBT 13 to ensure the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical equipment in an industrial and building environment, in compliance with Swiss standards and safety requirements. Work on company-specific installations in accordance with Article 13 of the OIBT.

Also act as the deputy for the building technical management manager, ensuring the proper functioning, safety, and compliance of the site's general installations (electricity, lighting, ventilation, etc.).

Responsibilities and tasks:

• Carry out industrial electrical installations.
• Ensure wiring and connection of production equipment, automated lines, machine tools.
• Participate in commissioning and functional testing of installations.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults on industrial equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance work on technical installations.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to ensure equipment availability.
• Read and interpret complex electrical diagrams and installation plans.
• Write intervention reports and ensure technical follow-up of equipment.

Building technical management

• Ensure the proper functioning of the building's electrical installations (lighting, ventilation, heating, security).
• Monitor regulatory inspections and interventions by external service providers.
• Manage security installations: alarm systems, access control, emergency lighting.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of site infrastructure.
• Ensure traceability of interventions and update plans and diagrams.
• Collaborate with general services for renovation or development projects.
• Supervise the building cleaning company and the cleaning staff during the day.
• Manage building accessibility.

Safety skills:

• Mastery of OIBT and NIBT standards, especially for industrial environments.
• Strict application of lockout and tagout procedures.
• Strict compliance with safety instructions in industrial environments (production areas, operating machines).
• Be the contact person for the building security company.
• Systematic use of PPE and adherence to emergency intervention protocols.
• Participation in safety audits and internal training.
• Active contribution to the company’s safety culture.

• Electrician, automation technician diploma, or equivalent recognized by ESTI.
• Authorization according to Article 13 (registration in the ESTI register).
• Minimum 3 to 5 years in an industrial or technical environment.
• Electrical maintenance on production equipment.
• Building technical management.
• Fluent French, intermediate English.
• Flexibility and ability to perform varied tasks.
