Your Tasks

• Responsibility for the professional and organisational management of financial accounting including all subsidiary ledgers
• Leadership and further development of the five-member finance team
• Ensuring professional annual financial statements and budget preparation
• Responsibility for liquidity and financial planning
• Professional advice and support for employees as well as political committees
• Preparation of evaluations and analyses as well as further development and review of processes within the internal control system (ICS)
• Ensuring an efficient and reliable accounts payable workflow including organisation and ongoing optimisation
• Preparation of periodic statements and statistics, especially in the area of value added tax as well as road and financial statistics for the federal government
• Support of external bodies and assistance with the operation of the accounting software
• Active participation in specialist groups and projects

Your Profile

• Completed training and further education in the financial sector, ideally at the specialist certificate level
• Sound knowledge of payroll accounting, experience with real estate capital gains tax an advantage
• Leadership experience and strong social skills as well as a positive and appreciative personality

• Strong communication skills, analytical thinking and a solution-oriented working style as well as the ability to set clear priorities and maintain an overview

• Enjoyment of service-oriented collaboration and teamwork

• Structured, independent and precise working style as well as quick comprehension and interconnected thinking

• IT affinity with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Abacus, knowledge of accounting according to HRM2 an advantage
