Your Tasks
- Administrative admission of patients and documentation of all data in the clinic's digital patient documentation systems
- Structured coordination of patients adapted to scheduling to ensure a smooth process
- Ensuring proper billing of patients in close cooperation with the billing department
- Communication with health insurance companies, social benefit providers, referrers, and undertakers
- Interprofessional and cross-team collaboration with the staff of the facility
- Constructive participation in the design and maintenance of the workplace and in change processes
Your Profile
- You have completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d), nursing assistant (m/f/d), or healthcare management clerk (m/f/d)
- Experience with hospital information systems is desirable
- As a personality, you convince with quick comprehension, great initiative and commitment, communication skills, and empathy in dealing with people
- Reliability and flexibility regarding your working hours characterize you
- You enjoy working in a team
